(College of Physical Education,Central China Normal University,Wuhan 430079,China) Abstract:The authors compared the differences in the running mechanism of such 4 basic management functions as decision-making, organization, leadership and supervision between excellent professional football clubs in China, British, Germany and Denmark, and pointed out that professional football clubs in China should admit grass-roots employees and supporters to participate in decision-making, make decision-making more democratic and scientific, add market department and public relations department, perfect the organizational mechanism, abolish posts with welfare nature, simplify the leadership mechanism, establish a supervision committee according to the law, and per-fect the supervision mechanism. |
