| (1.Tourism College，Jishou Univerisity； 2.Zhangjinjie Social Science Federation,Zhangjiajie 427000，China) Abstract: Aiming at problems such as that the legislations of physical education in minority areas were few and their effectiveness was low, and the theoretical study thereof was not matured enough,and that local legislations of physical education neglected the content of minority traditional physical education itself and ignored the promotion of legal systems of physical education, and that the legal teams for physical education thereof was not made of high caliber, the authors accordingly brought forth a theoretical research on perfecting the legislations of minority physical education and encouraging legal systems of minority physical education,and measures and countermeasures for reinforcing the construction of legal teams for physical education in minority areas and enhancing the monitoring of physical education law executing in minority areas.
