幸福观念下对体育价值的认知

摘要：追求幸福是人类生活的主体，受教育是人类生活的一部分，它们不仅要为未来的幸福生活做准备，而且也是一个充满快乐的阶段。“重智轻体”只是片面考虑到了为未来的生活做准备，而忽视了眼前的幸福体验。近距离看体育离快乐最近，远距离观察体育活动所塑造的身体健康对一生的幸福生活影响也更久远。从人生追求幸福快乐的角度来认识体育，更彰显出其价值。

Abstract: Pursuing happiness is the main part of human life,while receiving education is a part of human life.Not only receiving education is to prepare for future happy life, but also receiving education itself should be a joyful stage.The idea to emphasize on intelligent investment yet ignore physical condition is a unilateral consideration of preparing for future life,which has neglected present happy experience. Sport is most close to happiness when seen closely,while physical health derived from sports has a profound influence on one’s lifetime happiness when observed remotely. Sports value can be better highlighted if sport is recognized from the perspective of pursuing happiness in one’s life.
