体育非营利组织的界定

摘要：体育非营利组织作为非营利组织(NPO)的一种类型，体育非营利组织是指以服务大众的体育方面需求如娱乐、健身、身体训练等为宗旨的，独立于政府部门之外的，不以营利为目的的公益性组织，它具有NPO的基本特征，即组织性、私人性、自治性、非营利性、自愿性，同时又有其个性。包括各种体育协会、非营利性体育俱乐部、体育联合会等。

Abstract: As a type of nonprofit organization (NPO), nonprofit sports organization is provided with common characteristics of nonprofit organization, and has its own individuality as well. Nonprofit sports organization refers to a commonweal organization that aims at serving public needs regarding sports such as entertainment,keep-fit,body training and the like instead of making profits,and is independent of government departments. It is provided with basic characteristics of NPO,namely,organizational, private, autonomic,nonprofit,and voluntary. It includes various sports associations, nonprofit sports clubs, sports leagues,etc. 
