篮球运动中的对抗和制约

摘要：篮球运动是一项同场对抗的竞技体育项目。同场对抗产生相互制约，由于相互制约的存在，运动员技术的运用和战术的实施均是在主动与被动适应的变化中进行。在这个过程中，比赛双方都试图在快速中争取主动，在高度上获得优势,都力争以优异的技术来确保战术的实施，以整体的战术实施来促进运动员技术水平的发挥，赢得比赛的最后胜利。

Abstract:The basketball game is a sports game against each other in the same court.The control between the two teams comes from the confrontation in the same court,and exists in the whole process at different levels.the skills and tactics of the players are used in the changes actively or passirely, during the competition,both teams do hope to be active with speed and gain advantage in height. By using excellent skills each team will try every possible means to ensure the tactics displayed to the full and promote the players skills as a whole so as to win the game in the end.
