(湛江师范学院 体育系,广东 湛江524048) 摘要:了解壳聚糖对大鼠耐力运动中自由基代谢的影响。大鼠进行4周跑台耐力训练,以0.5 g/kg壳聚糖灌胃,测定骨骼肌和肝脏线粒体中丙二醛(MDA)和活性氧的含量。结果表明:服药组与运动组比较骨骼肌和肝脏线粒体中MDA含量显著降低(〖WT5”BX〗P<0.05);服药组骨骼肌活性氧含量显著低于运动组(P<0.05);肝脏活性氧没有明显的变化。壳聚糖能有效地减轻运动所产生的内源性自由基对大鼠的伤害,增强大鼠运动能力,延缓疲劳的发生。 关键词:大鼠; 壳聚糖; 耐力运动; 线粒体; 自由基代谢 中图分类号: G804.7 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1006-7116(2003)06-0053-02 |

The rats were divided randomly into four groups,:control group, exercise group, and chitosan group (0.5g/kg.b.w.chitosan). The exercise time of rat was determined 4 weeks: to test the content of muscle and liver mitochondria MDA and ROS. Compared with exercise group. The content of MDA were decreased(P<0.05)in chitosan group; the content of muscle ROS were decreased(P<0.05)in chitosan group. Conclusion: Chitosan had a significant effect on anti-free-radical, raising exercise endurance and delaying fatigue in rats. |
