我国职业篮球联赛电视转播权的开发及相关立法问题

摘要：通过对世界上成功职业联赛如NBA等对于电视转播权的开发及相关立法情况的分析，指出我国职业篮球联赛电视转播权开发及立法的不足，提出了以立法为手段加快我国职业篮球联赛电视转播权这一具有巨大发展空间的无形资产的开发。

The rebroadcast right and related legislation of Chinese professional basketball tournaments

Abstract:Through exploiting the power of rebroadcast to the world professional basketball tournaments,such as NBA, and the related lawmaking, the essay analyzes the current situations and the deficiency of our power of rebroadcast to the domestic professional basketball tournament.It also suggests that people should explore the enormous immaterial assets by lawmaking to improve the power of rebroadcast to the domestic professional basketball tournament.
