| (Department of Physical Education, Shandong University of Technology, Zibo 255091,China) Abstract:This text through investigation method and document expound from the view of social enviroment subjective and the objective factors (such as individual,family,school ,and community etc) that influence students’ physical and mental healthy.It also analyses the political,economic and educational reasons from which these factors result .And then the author concludes that the superior political environment is favorable to students’ physical and mental health and that building good family,school,community and social health education atmosphere plays an important role in training and bringing up the physically and mentally healthy,vigorous and graceful rookies who have lofty ideals and moralities and who are cultured and disciplinarian in order to meet the demand pf high-quality talents in the 21st century.
