| (Department of Physical Education，Changde Teachers College,Changde 415000，China) Abstract: Based on the structure of person with ability, the theory of the innovative education and the speciality of function in higher teachers university’s physical education department in the 21st century, adopted some of the research techniques, such as questionnaire investigation, expatiated the content of innovative education in higher teachers university’s physical education specialized subject, analyzed the mostly complication of affecting the innovative education in higher teachers university’s physical education specialty, from unsoldering the students’ innovative vigor, up still to changing the courses, the exam system and the way of giving lessons, discussed the cultivate approach of innovative person, explored how to cultivate the students’ innovative ability, put up the theoretic research profound.
