以“三个面向”为指导，建立体育专业教育人才培养新模式

摘要：坚持人才培养面向现代化，面向未来，面向世界，力求使学生德智体等全面发展是新世纪的人才培养观。本文以“三个面向”为前提，从新世纪体育人才的培养目标入手，深入分析了高师体育专业教育人才培养的现状，并从观念、模式上提出相应的对策。

To build a new fostering talent model for college physical education from the Three-Facing vision

Abstract: To insist on fostering person of a talent according to Three-Facing: facing modernization, facing world, facing future, and to change the concept fostering new century talent of physical education are very important. As a culture medium of physical education talent, in colleges, it is essential to change concept and reform irrational system for fostering complex talent that comply with the demand of new century.The present conditions were analyzed deeply from Three-Facing demands and the fortering purpost and promote relevant tactics.
