21世纪初我国高校体育师资队伍建设分析

摘要：分析我国高校体育教师队伍现状和存在问题，并结合知识经济的理论和本人从事10多年高校体育教学工作的实际，探讨新世纪初提高我国高校体育师资队伍整体素质的基本思路和主要措施。

Abstract: In the article, based on analyzing the present situation and problems of the gym teacher team of colleges and universities in our country, combining the theory of knowledge economy with the author's ten years of engaging in the construction, the paper discussed the basic method and the main measures to improve the qualification of the whole stuff and develop the construct of gym teacher team at the beginning of 21th in China.
